Certification decisions are based solely on assessment outcomes and compliance with defined certification requirements. No consideration is given to training background, commercial interests, or external influence. The organisation does not provide training and operates independently of training providers to protect impartiality.
Arrangements are in place to identify, review, and manage potential conflicts of interest that could affect certification activities. Where a conflict cannot be effectively managed, the individual concerned is excluded from the relevant certification activity.
This approach supports consistency, fairness, and confidence in ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification outcomes.
